The Crichton Trust seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the organisation through a period of unprecedented growth and development. Our focus as we transition into the new world is simply on the wellbeing of our people, place, planet and partners.

The Chief Operating Officer will play a critical role in the Trust’s custodianship of our historic estate and will secure the functionality of our business, drive extensive and sustainable Net Zero growth and oversee the Trust’s operations, financial performance and procedures.
