We have created The Crichton Mindfulness Trail and we hope you will enjoy finding our Mindfulness Stops and taking a few minutes out of your day to try out our mindfulness activities.

The Crichton Mindfulness Trail – Mindfulness Stops
There are eight ‘Mindfulness Stops’ around The Crichton with short activities for you to try out. You may want to take a walk around the estate to find them as you go, or you can take a look at our Mindfulness Map below and follow the trail. If you prefer, feel free to select any of our mindfulness activities below and try them out in your own Mindfulness Spot.
