Welcome to Soul studio Dumfries, we currently offer Mat based Pilates classes and 1:1 Reformer Pilates for all abilities.

The classes have limited places so we can give you individual attention and concentrate on your technique and form.

At Soul Studio our vision is to create a space where our clients feel safe, confident, welcome, inspired and motivated to move. We aim to create a community that embodies movement and empowers you to reach your full potential.
