It’s the last working day in the office for 2020 and Gwilym Gibbons, Chief Executive of The Crichton Trust sums up 2020 in his latest video blog (see below).

Key highlights:
- Easterbrook Takeaway and Outdoor Bar: Easterbrook Bistro closed at 4pm today and, pending any further changes, will reopen on 22 December at 10am. We look forward to welcoming you back.
- Crichton Central: Despite the challenges of 2020, we have made significant progress with the development of Crichton Central. This new co-working and collaboration space will have a cafe, a small shop, meeting spaces, offices, an events and performance area and a Changing Places toilet and is due to open early 2021. We look forward to inviting you along to see it for yourself in the New Year.
- Outdoor Spaces: It has been fantastic to see so many people exploring and enjoying The Crichton Grounds and Gardens in 2020 and we encourage you to keep visiting and enjoying our outdoor spaces and our covered veranda at Grierson House.
- Festive Wishes: Best wishes to you all for a happy and healthy Christmas and New Year.
- Social Media: Keep your eye on social media for any developments/updates over the festive period.
- Thank you: A special word of thanks to customers and colleagues for their support in 2020, it’s been a challenging year for everyone, but to have the support of the local community is very much appreciated.
