NEW 7 WEEK FIT FOR LIFE PROGRAMME
The Crichton Trust is looking forward to hosting Dumfries and Galloway Council’s new Fit for Life Programme at The Crichton during May and June.
Organised by Dumfries and Galloway Council’s Active Communities Team, the new Fit for Life Programme starts on Thursday 10th May and will take place every Thursday for 7 weeks from 6pm-7pm in Kindar House at The Crichton. It is only £1, and is a top to toe toning and conditioning session for people of all ages and will be led by Steve Head, who is a Qualified UK Athletics Endurance, Strength and Conditioning Coach. Beginners are welcome. All participants are advised to wear comfortable clothes and to bring a water bottle*.
*There is a free water refill point in Neuro’s Bar, Restaurant and Spa.

Don’t forget everyone is welcome to attend the Crichton parkrun (as a participant or volunteer!). It takes place every Saturday morning starting at 9.15am from The Crichton Church.
