Postnatal & Baby Yoga
Postnatal & Baby Yoga 5 week block Age: 8 weeks +
Postnatal & Baby Yoga is a gentle, relaxing and fun class to connect with baby, aid your postnatal recovery with some gentle yoga whilst also allowing baby to experience dry massage, baby yoga stretches and lots of active tummy time through bounces, swings & dips. We always end Postnatal & Baby Yoga with a relaxation followed by refreshments.
