DGC 65th Anniversary Event
We are delighted to share that Dumfries & Galloway College is celebrating its 65th anniversary this year, a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering further education, skills development and opportunity across the region.
The afternoon will centre around a hosted conversation led by Lori Carnochan, bringing together voices from across the college to reflect on the journey so far, the impact we continue to have, and what comes next. There will be an opportunity for guests to get involved and be part of the discussion.
We will also introduce our DGC65 Anniversary Heritage Trail, alongside a small exhibition of college memorabilia. After the main session, you are very welcome to explore elements of the trail across the Crichton Campus at your own pace. Suitable footwear and outdoor clothing is recommended if you would like to take part. (Please note, the Heritage Trail is a digital audio experience – to fully experience this, please bring a smart phone capable of scanning QR codes and headphones)
