Easterbrook Bistro opened in November 2015 following the transformation of the The Crichton’s former hydrotherapy suite in Easterbrook Hall. The Bistro provides a place to relax, unwind and enjoy great food, coffee and cakes in a friendly environment and the grounds, gardens and car parking are free all year round.
It’s the perfect place to enjoy a pre-show meal or to get together for drinks with friends.
Refreshments and traybakes available, seven days a week, 6.30am to 7.30pm
Pool and Spa
Easterbrook Bistro has a 12m heated swimming pool, steam room and sauna based at the heart of The Crichton in Dumfries.
Children are welcome to use the swimming pool, but for the enjoyment of all guests, there are dedicated times for children and families.
If you would like to use the swimming pool on a pay-as-you-go basis, please give us a call or pop in to the Bistro to arrange a time to swim. Cash and card payments for pay-as-you-go swims will be taken on arrival at the pool.

Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea at Easterbrook Bistro is the perfect way to celebrate an occasion. From birthdays and promotions to baby showers and hen dos, we can cater to a variety of different events. The afternoon tea menu changes seasonally.
