Design for Home Wellbeing: Call for Participants
This study is exploring what home wellbeing being means to the local community of Dumfries to understand how wellbeing could be improved in future homes and communities and what role future technology might play in this.
What will my involvement require?
- Reflection
You will be emailed instructions to reflect on what home wellbeing means to you and how future homes and communities could support home wellbeing, taking about 10 minutes to complete.
- Discussion
You will be invited to attend one 2-hour face-to-face workshop, either in the morning or evening in the Flexi room at Crichton Central Café, Bankend Road, Dumfries.
During the workshop, you will engage in three 20-minute round discussions in small groups of five that will focus on your answers to the previous reflection activity. At the end of the first and second 20-minute round discussion, you will switch to a different group and begin the same process again. At the end of the three 20-minute round discussions, everyone will hear emerging insights from other groups for 10 minutes. The workshop will conclude with you discussing overall themes with other participants for 20 minutes.
- Feedback
You will be asked to complete a short paper questionnaire of your experience at the end.
