We are a Day Centre based at Kindar House at The Crichton, Dumfries.

We are dedicated in supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities to learn everyday life skills including; shopping, travel by public transport, cooking, laundry, a variety of sports for mental and physical wellbeing, arts & crafts, gardening and more.

We are passionate about guiding them to achieve as much independence as possible through a person-centred approach. We also encourage them to improve their social skills.
