At the Holistic Harbour, I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can hopefully find comfort in being you. I am not the expert on your life – you are. My role is to be present alongside you; helping you reconnect with your own insight, values, and strengths – providing the space and environment for you to be honest with yourself. Together, we will explore any challenges, obstacles or feelings of disconnect that you are facing – whether you are looking for clarity, growth, or simply a space to reflect and have time for yourself.

My approach is gentle, intuitive, playful and rooted in the belief each of us carries the capacity for healing within. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and light-hearted. Humour and curiosity often help us explore deeper truths. As a pluralistic therapist, I draw from a range of approaches and ideas. This allows us to create sessions together which meet your needs in the present moment, fit your unique values, experiences and preferences – reminding you that you are the expert and captain of your own life. 

There is no “one-size-fits-all” method, and I respect that every individual brings their own wisdom and perspective. This is your harbour. A place to pause, reflect and reconnect – with yourself and the life you want to live.

I aim to stay rooted in the reality of your world – not just theory. I seek to understand how your life actually feels and functions, and work with you in a way that feels practical, honest, and human. Therapy with me at the Holistic Harbour is a collaborative journey – grounded, flexible and always centred on what matters most to you. Our work together is designed to help you feel more aligned, more spacious, and more at ease within yourself in your daily life.
