VENUES UPDATE: 6 AUGUST 2021

Following news of restrictions easing from next week, we thought we would provide a further update on our venues.

EASTERBROOK BISTRO AND SWIMMING POOL: We have been working behind the scenes to get Easterbrook Bistro and Swimming Pool ready to open, and although restrictions will ease from Monday 9 August, due to staff shortages we regret that we are unable to open next week as hoped. We know this is disappointing and we are doing everything we can to reopen as soon as possible, but we hope you understand that we cannot provide a quality service without having a full complement of staff. (See vacancy details below). When we do open, it is our intention to open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week and to have a booking system in place for the swimming pool.

EASTERBROOK HALL AND CRICHTON MEMORIAL CHURCH: Large events and gatherings are still restricted, so although we are continuing to take enquiries and bookings for Easterbrook Hall and the Crichton Memorial Church, we will continue to work with and support event organisers by carrying out risk assessments for each individual event and agree what we need to do collectively to ensure the safe delivery of all events. CRICHTON CENTRAL: The cafe, lawn, terrace, lounge and takeaway at Crichton Central will continue to be open to the public from 10am to 4pm, 7 days a week. Plans to open the meeting rooms for hire and the Connectors Workspace to members will be shared soon. To book a table or place an order call 01387 702234.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Our grounds and gardens at The Crichton are free and accessible to everyone 365 days a year and are also suitable for outdoor events. To enquire please call 01387 702020 or email: events@crichton.co.uk
