Easterbrook Bistro, Bar & Spa (formerly Neuro’s) opened in November 2015, following the transformation of The Crichton’s former hydrotherapy suite in the South West wing of Easterbrook Hall.
Open seven days a week, Easterbrook Bistro, Bar & Spa provides a place to relax, unwind and enjoy great food and drinks in a friendly environment. Tastefully refurbished, the Bistro has an inviting cosmopolitan feel while retaining some of its original features and charm.

Located within the main Easterbrook Hall building, but with its own entrance on the right side of the building, Easterbrook Bistro, Bar & Spa is also ideally located for providing coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and drinks to locals, visitors, tenants and those attending meetings or events on site. A selection of Ukrainian dishes have recently been added to the menu.

With its own swimming pool and steam room, open to both members and non-members, it is well used by local residents and those who work at The Crichton, as well as leisure, corporate and wedding guests staying at the Holiday Inn or visiting Dumfries.
A privately run beauty salon is also located within Easterbrook Bistro offering a range of beauty treatments and pamper sessions.
