Job Title: Events and Operations Coordinator

Department: Venues

Responsible to: Venue Manager   

What we offer:

Job Type: Permanent position 35 hours per week

Salary: from £23,000 p.a. dependent on experience

 Job Purpose:

To work with our clients to plan and operationally deliver exceptional events in Southwest Scotland’s largest Events venue.

The Person:

 Job Specification:  

  1. Event management at Degree Level or similar – preferred
  2. Experience in work in an events environment at supervisory level – essential
  3. Have an understanding of a variety of event types including weddings, banqueting and live shows
  4. Minimum emergency First Aid trained (preferred)
  5. Personal License Holder (preferred)
