Praised as “a sensitive and absorbing interpreter” (Musical America), Korean-American violinist Elly Suh stands out as a performer whose musical charm, interpretative originality, and unique creative vision breathe fresh life to concert stages around the world. Suh is celebrated as one of the leading Paganini interpreters of her generation, and is currently undertaking a major recording project of Niccolò Paganini’s 24 Caprices for Solo Violin.
Riccardo Pes was born in 1987 in Spilimbergo, Italy. He graduate with outstanding from the Royal College of Music, London, on the Artist Diploma course under the tuition of professor Melissa Phelps. He was an RCM Scholar, supported by the Soiree d’Or Award, Pauline Hartley Award and the Kathleen Trust. Riccardo previously studied at the Music Conservatory ‘Benedetto Marcello’ in Venice and attended the High Specialization Music Courses held by Giovanni Sollima at Accademia Nazionale Santa Cecilia in Rome. He graduated with the highest mark and the congratulations of the jury. Riccardo has attended international masterclasses with Franz Bartolomey, Frans Helmerson, Ludwig Quandt, Johannes Goritzki, Gustavo Tavares.
Yuki Negishi has established herself as a pianist of rare poetry, passion and virtuosity, as well as an adjudicator, educator and researcher, captivating audiences wherever she performs around the world. Yuki has already performed in over 400 concerts in the UK alone, including many of the most important halls and festivals, and regularly performs about 30 concerts a year internationally as recitalist, concerto soloist and chamber musician in countries such as the Netherlands (Concertgebouw), France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy (Festival di Londra), Romania, Japan, China and the USA.Back to Events
