Hi I’m Wilma from Ruhe Holistic Therapies. I have been a palliative care nurse for over 28 years. The pandemic saw me leaving the job I loved. During my career I helped set up a complimentary service for use in the cancer and palliative services. My love of meeting people and passion for holistic care has lead me to set up my business. I offer Swedish and aromatherapy massage, Reflexology, Holistic facials and a gentle therapy called the M technique used in fragile and frail people. Therapies are custom built to your needs. You can find me in Suite 17 of The Crichton Wellbeing Centre in Galloway House.
