We are one of the country’s leading disability charities and social care providers, empowering disabled people to lead independent lives in the community. We provide care and support to over 500 people across Scotland and help young people with long-term health conditions to give back to the community through exciting volunteering opportunities. Our organisation employs approximately 900 people to provide person-centred care and help disabled people build skills and confidence, particularly in digital inclusion. We campaign to build a more inclusive society; to alleviate social isolation and loneliness but lobbying for better employment opportunities and a more accessible transport network for disabled people
