9 Pumpkin Recipes for Halloween

Halloween is a fantastic excuse to get creative, whether you’re making your own spooky costume, decorating your house for a party, or coming up with a design that will win the office pumpkin carving competition. But you know what’s scarier that ghosts, ghoulies, or the prospect of losing the coveted office pumpkin carving crown? That’s right: waste.

As part of our journey towards Net Zero, we’re looking to reduce the amount of waste produced across The Crichton Estate, including the waste produced by our café and Bistro. So, if you are carving your own pumpkin and, like us, you’re looking to reduce waste, here are some recipe ideas for how you could use your gourds post-Halloween to avoid them ending up in the bin.
